FAQ_01 // GETTING_STARTED

Getting started

No. Dose Easy works without sign-up and without an email address. Confirm you’re 18+, read the disclaimer and start logging.
Everything you need to keep a record: unlimited vials, schedules and log entries, reminders, the Today dashboard, the journal, the fasting timer, the calculator and export. There are no limits on records.
No. Every amount, schedule and reminder is entered by you. The calculator only does arithmetic on the numbers you type, and nothing is pre-filled.
Join the early-access list and we’ll email you as soon as Dose Easy is on the App Store.
Dose Easy is for iPhone. Android is next on the roadmap.

FAQ_02 // PRIVACY + DATA

Privacy and your data

On your iPhone, in a local database. The app doesn’t upload your log to us. Progress photos and lab attachments are stored on your phone too.
The app doesn’t send your log to us or anyone else; it only leaves your phone if you export it or your device backs it up. To check subscription status, the app contacts our subscription provider RevenueCat with an anonymous ID that RevenueCat generates (no name or email). If you subscribe, Apple and RevenueCat also process your App Store receipt. See the privacy policy for details.
Yes, on any plan. Export everything as JSON or CSV from Settings › Export data.
Settings › Delete all data removes everything after two confirmations.
Use Apple’s iPhone transfer or restore an iCloud or computer backup; app data comes across with it. An export gives you a separate file copy, but the app doesn’t import files.
We can’t: your log was only on your device, so we never had a copy. An iPhone backup made before you deleted the app may still include it.

FAQ_03 // PRO + BILLING

Pro and billing

Wellness charts and a 90-day view, an app lock, vials holding more than one compound, routines, delivery and cost records, lab results, progress photos, fasting history, vial alerts, and a calendar history with a PDF summary.
$9.99 a month or $49.99 a year, in USD. Billing is through your Apple ID.
Yes, 7 days on the yearly plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends in iPhone Settings › Subscriptions and you won’t be charged.
Nothing is deleted. Your log stays on your device, and anything you made while on Pro stays readable, editable and deletable.
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Settings in Dose Easy and tap Restore purchases.
App lock is part of Pro. Turn it on in Settings and Dose Easy asks for Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode each time it opens.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
No. Apple handles payment. RevenueCat confirms to the app whether a subscription is active, using an anonymous ID (no name or email).

FAQ_04 // CALCULATOR

The calculator

On purpose. The calculator never suggests an amount; it only converts the numbers you provide.
Insulin syringes are marked so that 100 units equals 1 mL, so one unit is 0.01 mL. U-50 and U-30 syringes use the same marks but hold 0.5 mL and 0.3 mL.
It is usually printed on the spray bottle or its leaflet, often as mL per spray. You can also measure it yourself. The calculator never assumes a value.
Yes. Pick mcg or mg beside the amount field. Results follow the unit you picked.
In the Dose Easy app you can save a calculation to a vial in your inventory. The web calculator keeps nothing.
