Yes. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends in iPhone Settings › Subscriptions and you won’t be charged.
Nothing is deleted. Anything you made while on Pro stays readable, editable and deletable on the free plan.
No. Vials, schedules, log entries, reminders, the calculator, the fasting timer and export are free, with no limits.
